Interactive Museum of Alchemists and Magicians of Old Prague

Located at Jansky Vrsek 312/8 and dedicated to the famous alchemist Edward Kelly. It was in this house, under the funny name "At the Donkey's Cradle", that he lived and worked on converting common metals into gold, and also spent time communicating with spirits. Thanks to his unique skills, Kelly found himself under the auspices of Rudolf II, but the king of Bohemia, without waiting for the promised mountains of gold, imprisoned the deceiver in prison, where he died. The museum is divided into two expositions.

The first tells about the history of alchemy, magicians, and the second clearly demonstrates his laboratory, to which the oldest staircase in Prague leads. The museum presents scrolls with magical knowledge, a philosophical egg, flasks with potions and a human skeleton, a magician's oven and a chest that will easily convince a tourist that he has golden hands in the truest sense of the word. All exhibits can be touched, and broths and potions can be tasted in the restaurant of the Kellixir Museum. The ticket price for an adult visitor is 190 CZK, and for a young visitor - 90 CZK.

Sculpture March of the Penguins across the Vltava

On the banks of the Vltava River, near the Kampa Museum, you can see the modern art monument “March of the Penguins across the Vltava”. These 34 figures are made from recycled plastic by the creative community Cracking Art. Penguins lined up to encourage the public to reflect on the problems of waste recycling and water pollution.

Kingdom of railways

In the building of the Andel City shopping center (Stroupeznickeho 3181/23) there is an interactive complex, a functioning miniature railway with a length of 121 meters. It has its own world with miniature cities, fields, forests, exhibitions demonstrating the history of the development of railway transport and railways. Every day in the kingdom the sun rises and the night falls. The ticket price is 260 CZK, and children, whose height is less than 1 meter, will cost 50 CZK, a family ticket can be bought for 550 CZK. The Kingdom of Railways is open daily from 9.00 to 19.00.

National Technical Museum

Ideal for people interested in engineering and technology. Here you can see airplanes, cameras from different times, printing presses, astronomical clocks, old household appliances and architectural elements. Museum opening hours Tuesday - Friday: 9.00-17.30, Saturday and Sunday: 10.00-18.00, Monday - closed. The cost of an adult ticket is 50 CZK, a child ticket is 30 CZK.

Lego Museum

A museum with a million Lego pieces and over 2,500 original exhibits. Here you will meet Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, the model city, and more. You will be able to create your masterpiece and stock up on home building parts in the store. The ticket price for adults is 200 CZK, for children - 130 CZK. If your child is less than 120 cm tall, then the entrance ticket for him will cost 50 CZK. Opening hours daily from 10.00-20.00.

KGB Secret Service Museum

You can diversify your vacation by visiting the KGB secret service museum. The exposition was created by people from the Black Rain community. The exhibits of this museum are things from the laboratory of the State Security Committee, Lenin's death mask, exhibits classified as "top secret" and personal belongings that belonged to the first persons of the USSR. The ticket price is 200 CZK.

Ta Fantastic Theater

No words, just play of light, shadow, pantomime and music. The optical effect is created thanks to the black cabinet created by Piotr Kratochwil, which brings objects to life. This theater has special plays: "Dream", "Garden of Heavenly Delights", "Magic Fantasy". This theater is very popular in Prague. The ticket will cost you 720 CZK. The play can be seen at 19.30 and 21.30.

Museum of Miniatures Anatoly Kononenko

Here are collected masterpieces of micro-painting - 40 exhibits that can be viewed through a magnifying glass or a microscope: the Eiffel Tower 3.2 millimeters high, a miniature story by Chekhov and a caravan of camels. Adult ticket price: 100 CZK, child ticket: 50 CZK. Opening hours: daily from 10.00 to 17.00.

Bobsleigh road

You will certainly be impressed by the 800 meters long sled track. During tight turns, you can pick up a speed of 62 km / h. The most pleasant moment for those who like to ride, but do not like to carry sleds - the mechanism itself raises them up the mountain. You just have to enjoy the ride. Opening hours on weekdays from 12.00 to 20.00, on weekends from 10.00 to 22.00. The cost of pleasure is 70 CZK for adults and 50 CZK for children.

John Lennon Wall

This wall is decorated with graffiti depicting the great Beatle, lyrics and illustrations. It is also a monument of Freedom, since the 80s young people have been coming here to preach love and peace.

Tankodrome Milovice
